Your Guide to Private Jet Charter

First Stage - Private Jet Charter Request

Every charter begins with a flight request, at this stage we recommend you provide us with as much information as you can. We need to know when you wish to travel, where you wish to travel to & from, who will be travelling, how much luggage you’ll be carrying and any special requests you may have.

Second Stage - Bespoke Charter Quotation

After we receive your flight request we will then begin to source the aircraft which best suits your requirements, when flying with OJS you gain access to a vast global fleet with an aircraft to suit every mission.

We’ll provide between 4-8 aircraft options for you to choose from, our dedicated team of professionals will provide all the details you’ll need to make the right decision and are always on hand to advise on what best suits your needs. It is important that you have all the information at your finger tips to ensure a safe, reliable & efficient charter, some of the information you should look for is as follows: aircraft registration (tail number), the aircraft operator, its manufacture date, the details of any refurbishments and recent images. We will also provide the terms & conditions of charter which may differ depending on the aircraft and its operator, however rest assured we ensure transparency and keep you updated at all times. Once you have made your decision and chosen the aircraft, in order to secure it for you dates of travel you’ll need to make payment. Which at OJS is fully protected with our client accounts.

Third Stage - Charter Confirmation

After the aircraft has been secured you’ll then receive confirmation of the charter along with a copy of the charter agreement. Our charter management team will now step into action to ensure seamless experience and assist in any way they can. If you have any specific in-flight requests be sure to let our team know so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Fourth Stage - Take Flight

All that is left is for you to take flight and explore the globe. Your confirmed itinerary will be available closer to your departure date normally within 72hrs of departure. You’ll be provided with confirmation of any pre-arranged ground transport, along with the address for the private terminal where you’ll meet your aircraft.

Upon arrival at the terminal you’ll be greeted by the ground staff who will introduce you to your flight crew. We recommend arriving at the terminal no later than 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
